Core Responsibilities

- Valid CDL
- Vehicle Management: Procuring, assigning, maintaining, repairing, and eventually disposing of vehicles, including managing leases/purchases, registrations, and licensing.
- Driver Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing policies for drivers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and Hours of Service
- Operational Efficiency: Optimizing routes, tracking vehicles (GPS/telematics), managing fuel consumption, and implementing technology to reduce downtime and costs.
