## What You’ll Do

Lead Generator (Door Knockers)
- Canvass neighborhoods professionally and respectfully
- Start conversations, qualify prospects, and secure appointments
- Capture contact details accurately and hand off warm leads to sales
- Represent our brand with a friendly, safety-first approach

Sales Closer
- Run scheduled appointments, build trust, and close residential tree service jobs
- Deliver clear estimates and explain scope, timeline, and safety standards
- Follow up on leads, manage a pipeline, and hit weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth scheduling and top-notch service

Must-Haves
- Proven experience in door-to-door lead generation or residential closing
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and people skills; professional appearance
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in home services (tree care, roofing, landscaping, etc.)
- Familiarity with basic CRM or lead tracking
- Bilingual a plus
