There is an immediate opening for a Tour Coordinator position at Maxim Tours.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry and must be fluent in Hindi and English.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage travel and tour bookings

Communicate with hotels, vendors, and clients

Perform general office and administrative duties

Maintain accurate records and schedules

Assist with itinerary planning and confirmations

Qualifications:

Fluency in Hindi & English (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, email clients, internet research)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred
