We are seeking a reliable, professional Part-Time Budtender to join our dispensary team in Bayside, Queens.

Position Details:

Part-time role

Must have open availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Customer-facing retail position in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Reliable transportation (must be able to commute consistently)

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred

References required

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience

Bilingual or multilingual (especially Asian languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, etc.)

Strong cultural awareness and ability to connect with a diverse customer base
