Sushi Chef

FushiPoke is expanding and opening a new sushi bar in Sarasota, Florida. We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to help build and shape our sushi program, with a strong focus on quality fish, including dry-aged seafood.

Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality sushi including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
Work with fresh and dry-aged fish using proper handling and technique
Assist with menu development and sushi bar setup

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish butchery and sushi fundamentals
High standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
