Job Description:
18 Wayz Wingz & Thingz is a high-volume, fast-paced food truck hiring strong, dependable crew members in Sarasota and surrounding areas for weekend pop-ups, special events, and multi-day festivals.

We’re looking for people who can handle long hours, work in a fast environment, and take pride in getting the job done right. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for steady festival work, hands-on food truck experience, and the option to travel locally or across the U.S.

Now Hiring:
• Cooks (grill & fryer experience a plus)
• Cashiers (fast, accurate, customer-focused)
• Food Runners (high energy, hustle required)

What We’re Looking For:
• Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and festivals
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Experience in fast-paced food service preferred
• Reliable transportation to Sarasota-area and nearby events
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team mindset
• Travel-ready applicants preferred, but not required

Experience:
• Food truck or restaurant experience is a plus
• Will train the right candidates
• Pay based on experience and performance
