Da Capo Caffè is a neighborhood-focused Italian café known for quality coffee, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We are currently looking to fill two barista positions as we continue to grow our team.

Available Positions

1. Closing Shift (Weekdays): Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

2. Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation
$18 per hour + tips
Paid weekly

- Experience Required
- Prior barista or café experience required
- Comfortable working with espresso machines and grinders
- Ability to dial in espresso, steam milk properly, and maintain drink consistency

- Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in drink preparation and café cleanliness
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethi
- Ability to work independently during slower hours and collaboratively during rushes
- Comfort handling cash, POS systems, and daily closing procedures
- Willingness to follow established recipes, standards, and workflows
