Payment Structure: 1099 contractor (paid via ACH or check)
Responsibilities:Operate a Volvo semi-truck equipped with a 53-foot dry van trailer.
Pick up and deliver freight to designated destinations.
Ensure compliance with customer delivery requirements and specifications.
Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations using Motive tracking software.
Physically perform the duties of the driver position, such as getting in and out of the vehicle, completing pre-trip inspections and keeping the truck clean.
Qualifications: Valid CDL-A.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid DOT medical long form and certificate.
Have a clean driving record with minimal violations.
Have not failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol screen in the last 5 years.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Have at least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years.
Have not switched more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Proficiency with Electronic Logbook.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude.
