10k Monthly Plus Bonus - Working From Home - Calling Homeowners!

I am the largest foreclosure "help" company in America saving homes in all 50 states. I am only looking for 2 hard-working individuals in the State of Georgia who know how to work independently from home. You MUST have phone experience and know how to close on the phone. You must have a computer and a phone because you will be contacting homeowners in foreclosure in Georgia and possibly the other 49 states. You will be given all of these homeowner’s home addresses (all are posted on AUCTION.COM) as they all have FORECLOSURE AUCTION/SALE DATES which means they are in danger of losing their homes but need an expert company like us to stop their foreclosure sale. Most homeowners think that they need to hire an expensive attorney but the reality is they DO NOT. I’ve stopped over 1000 Foreclosure Sales in my career doing this so I want to delegate my experience and expertise to the right 2 people to cover the state of Georgia. No one knows this industry better than I do….I have underwriters and attorneys who also work for me so the only thing missing is I need 2 people to do what I’ve been doing for the past 20 years because it’s impossible for me to do all 50 states without the right people in place. I will tell you right now that you will make between 10k – 15k monthly right away if you know how to close these homeowners on the phone. Is it hard? Yes it’s hard especially if you know nothing about how foreclosures work or know how to close people on the phone. I will train the right people and within 30 days or less, you will have the knowledge that took me 20 years to accomplish. It’s not easy because homeowners in foreclosure don’t know who to trust out there so you must be:

1. Trustworthy
2. Have basic computer skills
3. Speak perfect English
4. Be available all the time because homeowners will call you back.
5. Want to make 10-15k a month is working from 8 am – 9 pm atleast 6 days/week.
(you can not do this part-time).
6. If you don’t have phone experience……please don’t apply. There is a lot of rejection by homeowners and if you can’t deal with rejection, you will hate doing this.

I’ve been doing this over 20 years and literally enjoy waking up at 7 or 8 am to call people to help them. You definitely need “what I call” alligator blood to deal with people in foreclosure. They are unlike any type people I’ve ever dealt with in my over 40 years in Sales. I’ve trained on Wall Street in the top of my class over 30 years ago and I’ve had many sales jobs and I will tell you that this industry is very rewarding but it takes a certain kind of personality. I will help you in the beginning and if you’re working 60 hours a week………you will make 10-15k a month. How are you going to make 10-15k a month? WelI, I give up half of the revenue to my employees. No other companies in America pay this well. I do this because this job can be very difficult but for the perfect person with phone experience…they know that it’s a numbers game and you have to stay at it to make it. I was going to sell the company a few years ago because I had brain surgery (I am an Air Force Disabled Veteran) but I have decided to not sell the company but want to grow it even bigger than it is and I need sales/closing individuals similar to mine. You will make 10k your first month if you work the days/times mentioned. You have the potential to make 15k a month if you know how to work from home and don't need to be micro-managed. You can be either W-2 or 1099. You will always be busy if you work smart and hard. I will pay 50% commission for the first 30 days and then if you close the required amount of homeowners and prefer a salary going forward.……then I will pay you a 10k monthly base salary plus commission. You realistically can and will make 10k your first month with my helping you and even assisting you on some of your calls. You can email me your resume or text me if you have what I’m looking for.
