Fast-paced kitchen. Real experience required.
Training can start today.

Requirements (non-negotiable)
• Valid NYC Food Handler’s License
• Prior kitchen / BOH experience
• Comfortable working late nights (open until 5:00 AM)
• Morning shifts also available
• Able to work fast, clean, and under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent

The Job
• Cooking and finishing food to spec
• Prep, restocking, and station organization
• Cleaning and closing duties
• Handling late-night volume

Schedule
• Late-night shifts available
• Morning shifts available
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• Immediate start

Pay
• $17–$19 per hour to start, based on experience
• Opportunity for more hours and responsibility
