Duties
Monitor all hotel entrances, exits, hallways, and public areas to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or security risks.
Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, guest concerns, or emergencies by implementing conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors before granting access to secure areas, maintaining detailed logs of all entries and exits.
Maintain detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately documenting any unusual occurrences or security concerns during your shift.

Experience
Previous experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) operation and monitoring techniques
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Familiarity with security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
