We’re a worldwide events company producing curated social and professional events across dozens of cities — and we’re currently looking for two roles:

✨ BRAND AMBASSADOR / EVENT HOST (NYC)

A super fun, incredibly easy role for someone with a lovely personality and great presence.

What you’ll do:

Host in-person events across NYC

Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests

Keep things organized, punctual, and flowing smoothly

Details:

Approx. 3–6 events per month

Each event lasts ~2.5 hours

Evening / weekend availability

Paid per event (contractor role)

💻 VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – REMOTE)

Project-based, flexible work supporting event operations and communications.

This is NOT a sales role, but does require confidence, warmth, and excellent phone presence.

What you’ll help with:

Handling calls and follow-ups professionally

Coordinating event-related tasks

Managing spreadsheets (Excel required)

Supporting projects using ChatGPT

Website updates (Squarespace a plus)

Details:

Independent contractor role (not employment)

Typical workload: 25–35 hrs/week, project-dependent

$13–$18/hr, depending on experience

Flexible schedule, remote work

Must-haves:

Perfect written & spoken English

Confident, polished phone presence

Strong organization & multitasking skills

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

Regular, effective use of ChatGPT
