Alabama Home Performance is expanding and looking for dependable tradespeople who want steady work, competitive pay, and real advancement.

We install HVAC systems, gas furnaces, ductwork, insulation, water heaters, bath fans, and full home‑performance upgrades.

--- OPEN POSITIONS
Gas Fitters (Master or Journeyman) • Install and service gas furnaces and gas lines • Ensure code compliance and safety • Work with HVAC teams • Master-level supervision opportunities Must have active Alabama Gas Fitter license

HVAC Installers (Lead and Apprentice) • Install heat pumps, furnaces, duct systems • Changeouts, retrofits, new installs • Work in attics and crawlspaces Experience preferred; EPA a plus

Helpers / Multi‑Trade Techs • Assist HVAC and gas teams • Support insulation and duct sealing • Plumbing or electrical experience is a plus • Will train motivated applicants
