Job Description

Redline Charter is seeking reliable, professional chauffeurs to drive our party buses of different sizes for outings and events across the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area, including concerts, sporting events, weddings, Old Town nightlife, and more.

Employment Type: Contract (1099 Independent Contractor)
Experience Level: Mid-Entry Level. Commercial driving experience required. Party bus/limousine driving experience preferred.
License: CDL Class C or higher with Passenger endorsement
Certification: Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC)

Vehicles: Company-owned and company-insured (including 38- 35- 22- and 10-passenger party buses)

Contractor Relationship (Please Read):
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors:
Are paid a fixed fee per trip/assignment as set forth in a written contract (not an hourly wage)
Are responsible for their own taxes and reporting related to 1099 compensation
Do not receive employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, paid time off, unemployment benefits)

Typical Scheduling:
Most trips occur Wednesday–Sunday, with peak demand on evenings/weekends. Assignments vary by event schedule and are offered based on business needs and your stated availability.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate assigned vehicle(s) to/from scheduled destinations
Provide a professional, customer-service-focused experience
Use GPS/navigation tools and communicate clearly about pickup/drop-off details
Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety requirements

Requirements:
Valid Arizona CDL (Class C or higher) with Passenger endorsement (Air Brake endorsement if required)
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle
Ability to read and follow GPS directions
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets
Sound judgment and ability to make quick, safe decisions
Reliable and punctual for accepted assignments
Clean, polished, professional appearance
Ability to meet company safety/insurance requirements (may include MVR review and other screening as permitted by law)
