Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Office seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time, position on our customer service team. Duties include retrieving phone voicemail messages, looking up caller information in database, typing messages and sending messages to applicable staff as well as providing client with doctor appointment information. Great for someone who wants to develop office experience. MUST be dependable and punctual with good attendance. Training will be provided.
