Owner Operators in Frac Sand *Year Round Dedicated Work (4 Fleets)

Are you an owner-operator or carrier looking for a fresh start in transportation or in the oil and gas industry? Detmar Logistics in Midland, Texas has opportunities in the Permian Basin for owner operators with bottom-drop or hopper capabilities, running under our authority and hauling frac sand. Perks include $3000 sign on tenure bonus, $2200 cap per month on trailer lease fees which are waived for the first 8 weeks of hauling loads, and dedicated year long work with multiple loads every day!

In 2026, Detmar will have 4 DEDICATED fleets running throughout the 2026 year. Detmar company, leased, and carrier drivers will be the only trucks delivering sand to those wellsites.

Requirements:
-Active and current Class A CDL and DOT physical
-2 years tractor-trailer experience
-Good attitude and willing to be flexible.
-No felonies in last 10 years
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English
-Orientation and weekly fee requirements
-Willing to run NM and WTX
-Truck newer than year 2000 must pass in-house inspection

Documents Required:
-Registration/Cab card
-TX DOT Inspection
-Form 2290 w/ watermark
-IFTA
-Bobtail/physical damage insurance
-TX Title application receipt
-If using own trailer, must pass in-house inspection as well
-Registration
-TX DOT inspection
-Physical Damage Insurance-Lease agreement when leasing trailer

What Detmar offers:
-Owner operators are paid 82/18% if providing own trailer, 72/28% if leasing trailer
$2,200 cap on lease fee each month (will reimburse fee following month)
-First 2 months (8 weeks) of trailer lease fee is waived while running loads
If driver leaves before 6 month mark, will be charged back for this incentive
-$3,000 sign on bonus
$1,500 after 60 days, $1500 after 6 months
-Plates program
-Fuel rebates with company fuel card
-1.5 days of orientation before hauling first load
-24 hours dispatch
-Last mile logistics on 4 jobs for major operator
