Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience at high-volume casual restaurant.

Comfortable in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Experience managing a team of 15+ staff members.

Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication skills,

knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a plus but not needed .

Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

About the Job
Key Responsibilities include:

Guest Experience: Ensure service runs smoothly and guests are educated on the menu

Staff Management: Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff while maintaining budget targets.

Operations: Full control of restaurant ambience; coordination with BOH (Kitchen) to ensure timing and quality.

Systems: Proficiency in Toast

Financials: Complete daily opening/closing checklists, cash/tip reconciliation, and reporting.

Compliance: Maintain high standards of hygiene and health safety per DOB/DOH standards.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
