Manager in Training

We are an established wholesaler of metal products. We are looking for someone that is motivated to succeed and lead others.

This position will report to our production manager who will train the candidate to become a leader in the company. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
1) Bilingual (English/Spanish)
2) Good communicator
3) Experienced forklift driver lifting long items
4) Familiar with metalworking and fabrication
5) Familiar with welding
6) Is honest, ethical, and has a positive attitude
7) Makes good decisions
8) Willing to be patient while learning the business
9) Not afraid of getting their hands dirty
10) Able to manage stressful situations at times
11) Is proficient with measurements
12) Someone that has a safety mindset
