hiring a very experienced cook for primarily night shifts in a fast-paced diner kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong sauté experience!
• Is comfortable handling volume and pressure
• Shows up on time and works clean and focused
• Has a steady, professional attitude
• Is reliable and flexible with evenings and weekends

This is a working kitchen & experience matters here.
