Senior Field Leader | Superintendent

A successful high-end custom home builder based on the Westside is seeking a hands-on field leader for a long-term role. Projects are located primarily in the Palisades, Malibu, and West Los Angeles. The company is execution-driven and alignment-focused, known for strong site management, clear communication, and high-quality results.

This position combines superintendent leadership with working foreman responsibilities and requires full ownership of daily site operations.

Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of residential construction experience; remodels and new construction preferred
• Proven experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Hands-on field leader comfortable in any scenario
• Electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills a must
• Comfortable with technology; Buildertrend software knowledge a plus
• Willing to perform any task required, including digging, lifting, material purchasing, coordinating subcontractors, meeting with homeowners and inspectors, troubleshooting, and moving between job sites
• Organized, adaptable, and reliable with a strong work ethic
