Outreach Representative – Full-Time (In-Person)

Linq Kitchen is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outreach Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on identifying, contacting, and qualifying contractor leads. You do not need to close the sale yourself—your main goal is to bring qualified leads to our in-house design team, who will handle project development and sales.
Experience in persuasive sales environments, such as car dealerships, is a plus.

Responsibilities
Identify and source contractor leads independently after training
Conduct in-person outreach and outbound calls (including out-of-state)
Qualify contractor interest and establish professional relationships
Transfer qualified contractors to the design team for project follow-up and sale closure
Maintain accurate records of outreach and contact activity
Represent Linq Kitchen professionally at all times

Compensation & Benefits
$20/hour base pay + commission
Commission structure explained during training

Structured training on products, services, and outreach expectations
Ongoing support from sales leadership and design teams

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor
Persuasive experience (car sales or similar) preferred
Understanding of customer demographics
Multilingual skills a plus
Basic computer skills (email, CRM/data entry)
Professional phone etiquette
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license required
