The Data Entry Associate is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information to support daily operations in a lab, production, or warehouse environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both paperwork and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately into internal systems and spreadsheets
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry
Maintain organized electronic and paper records
Assist with filing, scanning, and basic administrative tasks
Communicate errors, missing information, or inconsistencies to supervisors
Support operations, production, or warehouse teams as needed
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and standardized procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience
Familiarity with office or operational environments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
On-site work in an office, production, or warehouse setting
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
