Referral Partner for Tutoring Company (Flexible, Remote)

Learning Period is a Los Angeles–based K–12 tutoring company that works with families across all grades and subjects, including math, science, executive-function coaching, and test prep.

We’re looking for a small number of Referral Partners — college students or recent grads who already interact with families and want to earn ongoing, passive income by connecting families in need of tutoring with our team.

This is not a sales job and not tutoring. You simply make the introduction — we handle all intake, scheduling, tutoring, and billing.

How it works:

- You refer a family who is looking for tutoring support
- If the family enrolls, you earn 25% of all tutoring revenue from that family for 6 months
- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on a fixed schedule
- You’ll have access to a shared tracking sheet showing referrals, hours billed, and commissions earned

Who this is a good fit for:
- College students or recent grads in education, psychology, or related fields
- Students already tutoring, babysitting, nannying, coaching, or working with kids
- Anyone connected to K–12 families through schools, community programs, or personal networks

What we provide:
- A written referral agreement (1 page, plain English)
- Clear talking points + a family-facing landing page you can share
- Transparent tracking of every referred family
- Consistent monthly payouts

This is not a fit if you’re looking for:
- A traditional part-time job
- Cold-calling or door-to-door sales
