Job Title: Office Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Culver City, CA (100% in Office)
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: 15 - 19 hours per week
Compensation: $25 per hour / no benefits included

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our architecture firm. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain office organization, and provide support to our Office Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
* Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
* Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Office & Facilities
* Order and restock office and kitchen supplies
* Keep the office kitchen tidy, including running the dishwasher as needed
* Assist with office organization and improvement projects
Events & Scheduling
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
* Support setup, management, and cleanup of internal/external events
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Other
* Perform additional clerical or office-related tasks as assigned
Schedule:
* Monday: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
* Previous administrative or office experience a plus
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Friendly, professional demeanor and a “no task too small” attitude
