Solar Installer – Removal & Reinstallation (Palm Springs)

We are a roofing and solar company looking for an experienced Solar Installer to help with ongoing projects. Most immediate work includes removal and reinstallation of existing solar systems, with additional opportunities for full system installs.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Installing new solar systems
Tesla / Enphase batteries or other storage systems
Ability to assess and quote jobs

Responsibilities:

Remove existing solar panel systems safely and professionally
Reinstall systems after roof work is completed
Work efficiently with roofers and field crews
Maintain clean and safe job site practices
Communicate clearly with team leads

Requirements:

Prior solar installation experience required
Experience with rooftop work
Strong attention to detail and safety

Compensation: Competitive – based on experience
Location: Palm Springs area + surrounding cities
