Job Description
Wallace Holdings is a fast-moving, multi-venture organization based in Colusa County, CA. We operate at the intersection of agriculture, manufacturing, government contracting, and emerging technology. We’re seeking a highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to help keep operations moving behind the scenes.
This is not a standard clerical job — you’ll be working directly with the owner/founder on high-leverage projects across several businesses. If you’re proactive, sharp, and can handle a blend of strategy, coordination, and execution, we’d love to hear from you.
✅ Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating calendars, appointments, and legal/funding deadlines
• Drafting emails, proposals, budgets, and grant applications
• Filtering and responding to resumes (e.g., developers, CAD designers)
• Supporting communication with legal teams, agencies, and vendors
• Helping prepare budgets (crop plans, equipment builds, small grants)
• Researching farmland lease/purchase opportunities
• Organizing files and documents via Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
• Light graphics or layout work using Canva
• Preparing signed documents via DocuSign
Requirements:
• Prior experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or similar
• Strong written communication (clear, concise, and professional tone)
• Proficient in Google Workspace, DocuSign, Dropbox, Canva
• Must be based in California (Northern CA strongly preferred)
• Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects
