Part-Time Flower Shop Assistant (Design, Delivery, Phones)

We’re looking for a dependable, friendly Part-Time Flower Shop Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role includes helping with floral design, making deliveries, answering phones, assisting customers, and managing our social media presence. Perfect for someone who enjoys flowers, connecting with people, and sharing creativity online.
Responsibilities
1) Assist with floral design and prep of arrangements
2) Deliver flowers safely and on time
3) Load and unload delivery vehicle
4) Answer phones and take customer orders
5) Help walk-in customers with orders and questions
6) Create and manage content for our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
7) Help promote specials, events, and seasonal arrangements online
8) Keep work areas and delivery vehicle clean and organized
Requirements
- Flower shop or floral delivery experience preferred
- At least 3 years driving experience with a valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable using GPS/navigation
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business (Instagram/Facebook)
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
