Generate and nurture leads through targeted content, ads, and engagement strategies, with a focus on internalizing lead acquisition to reduce dependency on external sources.
Create niche-specific coaching content and marketing materials that resonate with our audience in the business opportunity and personal development space.
Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data insights, and report on ROI to senior leadership.
Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless funnel from lead generation to conversion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a track record of successful campaigns in similar industries.

Familiarity with niche-specific coaching programs, particularly in business opportunities, entrepreneurship, or home-based income models.

Compensation and Schedule:

Starting salary of $72,000 annually, with potential for revenue-based commission sharing tied to company growth from your marketing efforts.
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (flexible remote options available).
