Marketing Director

Real Estate Advisor is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and execute a focused marketing strategy for a luxury residential real estate business. This role is responsible for building and managing marketing systems that generate qualified sellers, active buyers, listings, and escrows. Success is measured by business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute weekly marketing plans across digital, email, and web
Create and manage listing and open house marketing campaigns
Position the brand as a local market authority through clear, data-driven messaging
Manage CRM campaigns, segmentation, and basic lead-nurture workflows
Ensure consistent execution and on-time delivery of all marketing initiatives
Track performance and report on lead activity and conversion signals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury, or professional services
Strong organizational and execution skills
Clear, concise written communication
Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal oversight
Comfortable being measured by results and accountability
Performance Metrics
Seller and buyer inquiries generated
Listing appointments supported by marketing
