Pool Service Technician – Immediate Hire (Part-Time to Full-Time)

* Start part-time with a minimum of 25 hours per week
* Opportunity to transition to full-time based on demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and relevant experience
* Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

+ Clean pools (vacuum floors, steps, walls, brush tiles, empty baskets and skimmers)
+ Test and balance pool water chemistry
+ Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs
+ Document pool conditions and communicate with customers and management
+ Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required – we provide company vehicles)
+ Some pool service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
+ Honest, dependable, and punctual – strong work ethic is a must
+ Good customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
