Job Description

Located in Downtown SD skyrise.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Provide support to general manager as needed.
· Google Doc/Excel Data Entry is needed
· Assist with some accounting
· Assist with completing invoices
· Run Personal Errands

SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
· Excellent Multitasking, Organizational and Time Management Skills
· Ability to prioritize
· Detail Oriented
· Self-starter with proven ability to meet goals.
· Problem Solver
· Car or Drivers license to run errands around town
· Independent - Ability to work alone without supervision.
· Must have Professional attitude when dealing with tasks
· Many assignments will require that you handle information that is proprietary and/or confidential
