Personal Assistant needed

Now Hiring: Personal Assistant (TV, Film & Entertainment Industry)
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced professional in the TV, Film, and Entertainment industry. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to perform under pressure with little notice.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (required)
Must have a car and laptop
Ability to work long and irregular hours when needed
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and last-minute changes
Available to travel on a moment’s notice (3–5 days or longer)
Valid passport required
Ability to book flights, hotels, and transportation
Set up and manage in-person and Zoom meetings
Handle scheduling, calendar reminders, and follow-ups
Run errands (dry cleaning, shopping, pickups, etc.)
Take detailed notes and remember every task and detail
Prepare professional presentations quickly and present them in meetings
Sharp dresser, professional demeanor, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
