COOKS (Back of House)

Requirements:
-2–3 years of professional kitchen experience

-Proficient on Prep, Grill & Sauté stations

-Culinary training or high-volume kitchen experience preferred

-Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

SERVERS

Requirements:
-1–2 years of professional serving or banquet experience

-Strong guest service and communication skills

-Ability to carry trays, manage multiple tables, and work efficiently

-High-volume or event experience a plus

BUSSERS

Requirements:
-1+ year of bussing, food running, or support staff experience

-Ability to clear/reset tables quickly and efficiently

-Strong teamwork and attention to detail

-Stadium or event experience preferred

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL ROLES)
-Must be 18+ years old

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

-California Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain before event)

-Strong work ethic and professional attitude

SCHEDULING
-Shift start times vary

-Availability for early mornings & late evenings required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
-Standing, walking, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling for up to 8 hours

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Cooks:
-White chef coat

-Black pants

-Black non-slip shoes & black socks

Servers & Bussers:

-Black dress pants

-Black non-slip shoes & black socks

-Black or white button-down shirt (details provided)
