Self-storage Facility Relief Manager

Seeking Relief Manager for J. D. Mini Storage at 4180 Gross Rd. Ext. in Capitola, CA. Mondays, 9am-6pm required, lunch break from 1pm-2pm. Some holidays and periods of time when resident managers are away from the office or on vacation, negotiable. Onsite training. Perfect for retired or semi-retired individuals! Self storage experience preferred. Credit report and background check required.
Job Description & Requirements:
• The Relief Manager must be able to work independently on resident manager's days off.
• Tasks include answering phone calls, taking payments, renting units & monitoring facility activities. Light housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Basic computer & office skills required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Past property management experience helpful.
• Hourly compensation: $18-20, depending on experience.
