As a Client Success Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. You will proactively manage client relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth..Build, develop and manage direct relationships with a variety of clients and guests by providing the best hospitality services and business functions of our catering services and events. will provide direct administrative support while performing a wide range of duties. You will also assist with day-of events to ensure our Guests have the best experience possible. This position is a blend of administrative work, hands-on during events, and part of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to clients' emails
assisting in the daily operations of the Catering Sales & Conference Services team
Respond to inquiries and timely follow up
Create contracts and order tickets
Set up tasting appointments for clients
Follow up after tasting
Update weekly order document for the kitchen and finalize orders
All weddings follow up 1 month in advance
All event final confirmation - 2 weeks in advance
Finalize invoices for orders
Update final guest count, timeline,
Gather requirement list/ rental list for events
Update in Master Menu for new dishes
follow up after the event for feedback, take necessary action
Corporate leads
Every Monday seeking feedback from all weekly orders
Experience and skills
Previous experience in Events, Food & Beverage is advantageous.
Previous Catering, Hotel, and Resort experience
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word and Google applications
Knowledge of TPP and Prism is a plus.
Ability to learn and master multiple software platforms.
Must be professional, enthusiastic, a strong team player, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Exercise a sense of discretion and maintain client privacy.
Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible to change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Fluent in English
