Licensed Plumber Needed — Remodel Work (Boulder Area)

We’re a premium residential remodeling company serving Boulder + 15 miles, looking for a licensed plumbing subcontractor (or small crew) to support steady remodel work.

This is not new construction tract work. We do kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home remodels—often in occupied homes—and we expect a high level of professionalism.

Reliable and schedule-driven (shows up when scheduled, communicates if anything changes)

Clean and respectful in client homes

Calm, professional, and easy to coordinate with

Detail-oriented with clean, code-compliant installs

Comfortable working on remodeling projects where things aren’t always “wide open”

Cleanliness is NON-NEGOTIABLE

We work in people’s homes. The plumber we partner with must treat a jobsite like a professional environment—not a construction free-for-all.




WHAT WE EXPECT:

Floor protection when needed

No trash, fittings, or materials left scattered

No mess left behind in cabinets, crawlspaces, bathrooms, or yards

Work areas left clean and safe at the end of each day

A plumber who respects that the homeowner is watching and our reputation is on the line

If you typically leave debris, packaging, dirty rags, or cutoffs behind, this won’t be a fit.




TYPICAL SCOPE OF WORK:

Rough-in and finish plumbing for remodels

Shower valves, tub installs, sinks, disposals, faucets, toilets

Relocating supply/drain/vent lines (as needed)

Water heater swaps (occasionally)

Gas line work (if licensed and qualified)

Coordinate with inspections and permit requirements

Punch list / final corrections when needed
