Job Description
We’re a premium residential remodeling company serving Boulder + 15 miles, looking for a reliable drywall subcontractor (or small crew) for steady work on bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and whole-home remodels.
This is not production drywall and not “get in, get out, leave a mess” work. We work in occupied homes and we take professionalism seriously.
Cleanliness is VERY important here
Let’s be clear: we don’t tolerate messy drywall crews. If you leave powder everywhere, track mud through the house, or act like dust is just “part of the job,” this won’t be a fit.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Proper floor protection and containment
Daily cleanup — not “we’ll clean at the end”
HEPA vacuums used consistently
Tools and materials organized, not scattered
Trash and debris removed daily
A crew that treats the client’s home like it’s your own
Drywall can destroy a house when it’s done carelessly. We’re looking for someone who understands that clean work is part of being a professional, not an optional extra.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You should be able to consistently deliver:
Clean, flat drywall (hang + finish) with strong attention to detail
Reliable scheduling and follow-through
Clear communication and coordination with our superintendent/PMs
Strong remodel experience (patches, transitions, tight spaces, texture matching)
Professional behavior in occupied homes (respectful, calm, no drama)
SCOPE OF WORK:
Typical work includes:
Hanging + finishing (Level 4/5 depending on project)
Patch + repair work and remodel tie-ins
Ceiling repairs, texture matching, corner bead, etc.
Ready-for-paint results that meet high-end standards
WHAT WE OFFER:
Steady work year-round (for the right partner)
Clear scopes + organized scheduling
Professional jobsite environment
Fair pay, paid promptly
Long-term relationship opportunity
Requirements
Licensed/insured
Reliable transportation + tools
Ability to communicate clearly and show up when scheduled
References or photos of prior work
TO APPLY:
Reply with:
Your name + business name
Areas you work (Boulder, Louisville, etc.)
Crew size
Photos of your work (or website/Instagram)
Confirmation you carry insurance (or are willing to)
Availability for the next 2–4 weeks
Include the word “HEPA” in your reply so we know you read the whole post.
