Job Description

Tax Preparation Office is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist (part or full time) to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Greet clients warmly and manage a welcoming reception area.
*Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
*Schedule and confirm client appointments.
*Assist with client intake, collecting and organizing necessary documents.
*Handle data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
*Support the tax preparers with general office duties.
*Assemble completed tax returns.

You need to have:
*Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Comfortable with computer tasks
*A positive, client-focused attitude.

We open 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday.
