Experienced Barista

BARISTAS WANTED – JOIN THE GOODBOYBOB CREW 🐾☕
Compensation: $18/hour + tips
(Tips average an additional $9–$12/hour)

Schedule: Open to Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Manhattan Beach or Santa Monica

Goodboybob is growing, and we’re looking to add awesome baristas to our team! We’re a small but mighty specialty coffee shop with a strong community, loyal regulars, and big plans ahead. This is an amazing time to jump in and grow with us.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months of barista experience (non-negotiable)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for hospitality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Delivering top-tier customer service, our regulars mean everything to us
Executing all FOH & hospitality procedures at a high standard (guest experience, cleanliness, retail displays, pastries, register, etc.)
Following opening, closing, and daily task lists consistently
Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
Learning and confidently speaking to all menu offerings (coffee, tea, burritos, bagels, pastries, seasonal specials)
Preparing beverages with precision and consistency, aligned with Goodboybob standards
Memorizing coffee details and menu knowledge
Understanding store metrics and team goals, and actively contributing to them
