Line Cook & Sushi Chef Needed - Join Our Kitchen Team

We are currently hiring a Line Cook and an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. If you're passionate about food, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your craft, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Line Cook-

*Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
*Work efficiently during busy service.
*Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Sushi Chef-

*Prepare Sushi, Sashimi, and rolls with consistency and quality
*Cut and handle fish and ingredients properly
*Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
*Assist with prep and inventory as needed

>REQUIREMENTS<
Previous restaurant experience required.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Reliable and Punctual.
