Irrigation Install Foreman

The Irrigation Install Foreman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems across various residential and commercial landscape projects. This role involves ensuring proper irrigation coverage, testing and troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with landscape installation crews to integrate irrigation solutions into overall landscape designs.

Key Responsibilities:

□ Supervise, train, and direct a team of irrigation technicians.
□ Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for both residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring efficient water delivery and coverage.
□ Dig holes and ditches to facilitate the installation of irrigation systems and lay out pipe along designated pipeline settings in the field, ensuring proper alignment and coverage.
□ Test and inspect irrigation systems to identify and fix leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies, ensuring systems operate effectively.
□ Program and adjust irrigation controllers and timers according to seasonal requirements to optimize watering schedules.
□ Work closely with landscape installation crews to integrate irrigation systems with overall landscape design, ensuring a seamless installation process.
□ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to irrigation systems, including electrical components and water pressure problems, to ensure systems function correctly.
□ Ensure all installations meet company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements to deliver high-quality service.
□ Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Inspect irrigation systems for problems and safety hazards to mitigate risks.
□ Conduct tests for proper system operation, adjust irrigation systems to optimize water delivery, and calibrate system parts as necessary.
□ Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate installation of irrigation systems per design specifications.

Requirements:
□ Valid driver's license with a clean 3 year DMV driving record
□ 3 years of experience as an Irrigation Foreman or similar role
□ Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, repair, maintenance, and electrical timer systems
□ Able to lift over 50 lbs
□ Able to drive a truck and trailer
□ Able to operate machines such as a trencher
