Entry Level Sales Position - Benefits, full time, 45-80k per year

Front Desk / Service Advisor

We are a queer-owned, community-based auto repair co-op located on Portland’s NE side. We’re growing, and we’re looking to add another thoughtful, sharp, people-centered human to our front desk team. This is an entry-level automotive role — we don’t expect industry expertise on day one. What we do care deeply about is your ability to communicate, organize, and connect with people in real time. If you’re someone who can read a room, calm nerves, and keep a lot of moving parts aligned, this role may be a great fit.

This role might be right for you if you:

* Bring high energy, curiosity, and initiative to your work
* Feel at home in queer culture and community spaces
* Have experience selling higher-value products or services (generally $2,000+) and can speak confidently about value, not pressure
* Are skilled at noticing customer discomfort and responding with empathy and clarity
* Stay grounded and solutions-oriented when things get busy or unpredictable
* Can zoom out to see logistical challenges and help problem-solve on the fly
* Are comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at once
* Have prior experience in automotive-adjacent fields (repair, collision, rentals, etc.) — nice to have, not required
* Can drive manual transmission
* Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
