Commercial Carpenter

Seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman/Carpenter capable of performing a wide range of construction, fabrication, and installation tasks beyond basic home repairs. This role supports both shop and field operations, including aluminum fabrication, modular assembly, structural repairs, and specialty installations. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and working with their hands in a fast paced environment.

• Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, decking, trim work, and structural repairs.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of aluminum components, modular systems, and specialty structures.
• Install and repair doors, windows, railings, platforms, and custom-built components.
• Read and interpret drawings, cut lists, and basic shop drawings.
• Operate power tools, saws, drills, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform field installations, adjustments, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks including light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure tools and materials are properly handled.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and clients.
• Support loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, fabrication, or related trades.
• Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy.
• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
