Marketing Coordinator

Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, driving event sales, and creating marketing opportunities that bring people through our doors.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for answering phones, responding to inquiries, and booking parties and events, while also supporting marketing, sales, and advertising efforts for the business. This position plays a key role in increasing bookings, promoting events, and enhancing our overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Book bowling parties, corporate events, birthday parties, live shows, and private events

Coordinate with customers on event details, pricing, and availability

Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising campaigns

Help manage social media posts, online promotions, and event marketing

Support sales efforts by following up on leads and inquiries

Maintain accurate booking records and customer information

Collaborate with management on new promotional ideas and campaigns

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable answering phones and working directly with customers

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Experience with social media marketing and promotions is a plus

Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing attitude
