Dean & DeLuca Hawaii is seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our team at The Artisan Loft in Waikiki. If you enjoy hospitality, elevated service, and working in a refined yet welcoming environment, we’d love to meet you.

Service Hours:
Afternoon Tea:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Weekend Brunch:
Saturday & Sunday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview:
Servers are responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This role requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Deliver warm, attentive, and professional table service
-Take food and beverage orders accurately
-Serve Afternoon Tea and Brunch menus with attention to detail
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
-Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
-Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
-Previous serving experience preferred (tea service or brunch experience a plus)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Professional appearance and positive attitude
-Availability to work weekends and assigned shifts
-Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
