Janitor needed for small apartment building

We are hiring a dependable part-time janitor to help maintain a 25-unit apartment community.

Job Duties:
• Clean common areas on 3 floors (sweep, mop, dust)
• Empty trash cans and clean laundry room
• Sweep leaves/debris from 2 parking lots
• Pick up trash around the building
• Keep property tidy and presentable at all times

Schedule & Pay:
* Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
* Daily 3-hour shifts (8:00–11:00 AM or 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
* $700 a month
* Must be a US citizen
* Contract employee only. Receives a 1099 at the end of the year
* Does not offer benefits
