Job Description

We are seeking an experienced truck dispatcher to manage local and regional drivers operating throughout the Midwest region. The dispatcher will be responsible for booking loads, coordinating drivers, and ensuring efficient and on-time operations. This position is based out of our Bridgeview terminal.

Responsibilities:

Book and negotiate loads for Midwest lanes

Dispatch and manage assigned local and regional drivers

Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and customers

Track loads and ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Resolve issues such as delays, schedule changes, or load problems

Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation

Requirements:

Previous dispatch experience is required (no entry-level candidates)

Proven experience booking loads in the Midwest region

Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads efficiently

Fluent English required

Polish language skills are a strong plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced trucking environment
