Nail Salon Manager (Immediate Opening)

In need of a licensed Nail Salon Manager with hands-on experience performing manicures and pedicures and a strong background in salon operations. Located in Chicago, IL.

Must be reliable, professional, and confident leading daily salon activities and supporting a team.

Required
- Active Illinois Nail Technician License
- 5+ years hands-on experience performing manicures & pedicures
- 2+ years in a leadership role (manager, lead tech, or shift lead)
- Proven experience with daily salon operations, including:
- Scheduling & shift coverage
- Opening/closing procedures
- Handling walk-ins & bookings
- Cash handling / POS systems
- Client issue resolution
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Comfortable leading by example on the floor
- Ability to sell & promote services, memberships, and retail
