Marketing Assistant - Part Time with opportunity for Full Time.

Roofing Company is hiring a Part-Time Marketing Assistant with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment after one month, based on performance.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and running social media ads
Helping maintain an active online presence for the company
Assisting onsite office staff during free time
Supporting general marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Willingness to help in both marketing and office support roles
Marketing or social media experience is a plus
Spanish Bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

Part-time to start
Opportunity for full-time after one month of hire
