Global Adjusting & Construction is expanding our Six-Figure Leaders Division and is looking for a Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a top-performing door-to-door sales team.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to sell — but wants to develop people, build leaders, and create six-figure earners.

Who You Are

Experienced D2D Team Leader (preferred)
OR
A proven top closer ready to step into leadership
Comfortable recruiting, training, and coaching sales reps
Competitive, disciplined, and results-driven
Someone who leads from the front and sets the standard
Motivated to help others become six-figure earners


Your Role as a Six-Figure Leader

Recruit and develop door-to-door sales representatives
Train reps using our Six-Figure Leaders sales system
Set and drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Coach in the field and develop future leaders
Close deals when needed and lead by example
Build a culture of accountability, growth, and winning
