Truck Driver CDL (CA)

Job Description-
We are hiring 1 Class A driver/or 1 team for mostly OTR type of position where you will be on the road for about 2 weeks or less (one reset on road next at home-usually but not always). We go where they pay, but focus on long trips with less reloading. Reefer 53. Truck is 2023 Volvo 860,or 2018 Volvo Trailer is about 4-5 years old (Thermoking President). You get miles and good rate per mile. Trip should last you around 12 days then reset at home.

-At the moment we are only paying via 1099 tax form- not W2
- 24/7 dispatch to help you on the road at all times
-Fridge, inverter, microwave and TV is in the truck.
-Advances if needed (the portion of what you made already)
-EzPass, PrePass, fuel card, and all the stuff so you keep rolling
-Flexible home time schedules- you tell us when you are ready to go back on the road
-Truck will be your own and not shared

Requirements-
-Must have had a CDL Class A license for at least 2 years and experience so that our insurance has no problems
-Pass a drug test (and not have a problem with it in future if you know what I mean)
-Have a clean background/ driving experience
-Serious candidate/s who wants to work and make good money not waste my time
-Be time consistent with pick ups and drop- offs and communicate very well about any problems


Pay-
-We pay after each trip (but can advance if needed)
-We pay the following
-------$.60-.65 per mile for all loaded and empty miles
-------$50 for EVERY pick up/ drop-off
-we can discuss the rest
